 What Happened ?

Facebook announced a ban Wednesday on content supporting white nationalism or separatism. 

Facebook said it will apply the same artificial intelligence detection it uses to identify terrorism content for white nationalist posts.

Facebook also said it will connect people who make searches about white supremacy to organizations such as Life After Hate, which was founded by former violent extremists and provides education and support.

Facebook has banned praises, support and representation of white nationalism and white separatism on its platforms. This move had a qualified approval from the recent Christchurch mosque shooting. Further, Facebook has stated that it will direct user who post or search content connected to these ideologies to an organization that helps people leave hate groups.

What is White Supremacism or White Separatism?

White separatism is a separatist political and social movement that seeks the separation of white people from people of other races and ethnicities, the establishment of a white ethno state by removing non-white from existing communities or by forming new communities elsewhere, they are against immigration.

The white race particularly the Caucasian race their population is getting low. Its estimated that after some year their population will come to extinct. The fear of becoming minority in one’s own country and the shortage of jobs,which is being held by the skilled immigrants due to which the standard of living is not as par as it  used to be in the past.These are some common reasons which fuels white supremacy.

Our Opinion:

Its is very dangerous as its spreading hatred and if the politicians and the common people doesn’t control this . It may lead to a war a war on ethnicity which may wipe out entire generation of people. We hope peace in the future.
