Election season is already started, and most Awaited manifesto is also released, the congress manifesto 2019. It is better to analyze it, rather than wandering here and there in the same way we all did with BJP manifesto in the last five years not only one with 15 lakh offer.

In the front cover it's written : "We will deliver" (हम निभायेंगे), Congress called it as People's Voice.

1. NYAY 

Nyuntam aay yojana, that contains a punch line "Garibi par war bahattar hazar" (गरीबी पर वार बहत्तर हज़ार)  sounds similar as "abki bar modi sarkar". Mr. Rahul gandhi made people believe that it's Possible, just by increasing new sources of income and bu reducing a bit of extra money in other schemes. But many revenue experts have many queries regarding the NYAY source, So How Mr. Gandhi is going to implement that. 

2. EMPLOYMENT

Next point is Employment, Congress promises to fulfill 22lakhs Government job vacancies to be completed in 2020. There is a list of jobs, and explanation that how Congress is going to save and increase jobs. They also promised for new department regarding employment and zero fees for all govt exams. All central govt jobs will be completed in 2020.

3. MNREGA

Third place is taken by MNREGA Scheme, that increased its working duration from 100 to 150 days.

4. FARMERS

For farmers they promises a separate budget for farmers and all non-payment of loans of farmers will be treated as civil offence instead of criminal offence.

5. EDUCATION & HEALTH

It is said that 6% of GDP will be spend on education.  Regarding Health, Modi govt in increasing health insurance but Congress will focus more on the development of govt hospitals and make them more reliable.

These are the highlights of the Congress manifesto 2019. there are some other important points to be taken care of, like GST making simple will call as GST  2.0, help small banks to grow, 2% of GST will be spend on science and technology,  In terms of women, 33% reservation on govt offices and govt jobs, AFSPA will be taken under consideration of.

Our Opinion:

We have to see each party's manifesto and their works in the past years. After those things to be considered one should vote according to one's own intelligence, not just by his caste or under any influence, because each vote is valuable.
